Prepping Manaflow for launches, The Lean Startup,

Started off the day with a 1 mile run and then 55 pushups. Read a bit of the Lean Startup and then proceeded to code pretty much the whole day with the exception of 2 calls.

I shipped new queries and charts tab and editing/iteration. I'm also now looking for housing so went on a bit of a rabbithole to find SF housing. I'm deciding where to live still but it's also dependent on rent prices. I think Hayes Valley has a ton of young people and founders, but we also have Financial District, Mission Bay, or Dogpatch which is on the T-line direct to Y Combinator's headquarters. And this area definitely also has a lot of founders. I really did like the T-line when I lived in Dogpatch last year, but I do think that being a bit closer to the city could be mentally better for me. As exepcted, everything's quite expensive, but I managed to contact two people for applications/tours in July and 1 of them I'm still waiting until my preferred move-in date before applying. Looking forward to moving back soon and meeting all of my YC friends again, it's been a while!

I also did look for offices but they do seem expensive. What we might do is use someone's living room as an office.

I'm hoping to launch Manaflow this weekend. Originally it was supposed to be Friday (tomorrow), but I think I need some time to record demos, write docs, and launch posts. I might even post this on social media after all with some good deals.

Thinking about adding more types of components besides just graphs and charts. Maybe tables and other things could make it good. Also need to ship the feature to copy the graph so you can post it on Slack or other things really quickly. Every company's PMs have to do this everyday.

Going to reach out to some customers regarding contract stuff, and hopefully next week we can get more customers.

What did I do today
